Shipping

All yarns that are in stock and ordered on working days before 12:00 noon, will be shipped within 48 hours. I will ship your order with PostNL or DHL, and your international parcel can be tracked best at www.parcelsapp.com.  

Depending on your country of residence, shipping will take 5-10 working days on average. During public holidays or weekends, delivery of your order may take longer. For yarns that you have ordered as a pre-order, I will dye up and ship within 10 working days. If you've placed an order for both yarns that are in stock and pre-orders, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered yarns are ready (max. 10 working days).
 

Shipping costs

The webshop automatically calculates the shipping costs for orders from abroad when you select the destination country. Do you live in a country other than that stated on the website and would you like to place an order? Please contact us.

As a thank you for your support of my company, I will ensure that your order - large or small - is a joy to unpack. Is your order actually a gift for someone and would you like bows, nice wrapping paper or a card? Please leave a note in the comments field when checking out, and I will really make it a gift.

It is important that you enter your address details correctly. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Please check your details and please contact us as soon as possible if this information is incorrect so that we can amend it before your package is dispatched. Once you have received a message that your order has been shipped, unfortunately nothing can be changed. If your order is returned because the parcel service was unable to deliver it due to providing incorrect address details, the costs of resending will be at your expense.

De Draadzaak is not liable for loss or theft during shipment. We will of course do everything we can to trace lost mail.
